B | 据了解，腰线是建筑物为了美观、抗震等原因，在外立面采用的一种横向分隔方式。腰线房通常位于建筑物的中部，有时也会在高层出现。腰线层是房屋安全中的不利因素吗？记者搜寻了相关法律规定，但并未找到相应内容。不过网上有很多关于腰线层房屋的说法，比如影响采光，由于腰线墙体设计凸出较多，会令该层住宅的阳台、窗台边有厚厚的一层墙体。另外还可能存在渗水情况，由于雨水长期积累容易渗入墙壁，使墙体发生霉变。好处是，腰线层房子的保温性比其他楼层要好一些。记者咨询了一名装潢行业的专业人士，他告诉记者，影响采光和渗水的因素较多，还得看具体楼层、角度朝向、建材是否偷工减料等情况。如果反坎在窗户上沿会影响采光，如果反坎在底部则影响不大。相关部门给出答复为此，记者联系了该楼盘开发商宁波兆信房地产有限公司，客关部相关工作人员解释称，胡先生购买的房屋位置确为腰线层，当时在楼房沙盘上有显示，该楼层下方外立面材料和上方材料不同，系为了建筑外型美观而设计了腰线，除了阳台玻璃下方反坎高了约30厘米外，并无其他影响。对于该类非标准户型的情况，已在业主签订购房合同前，在签约告知书上有说明。
