D | 成为孙志刚培植的个人势力后，安九熊与孙志刚及其家人有了利益的深度捆绑，对于他们交办的很多事项，明知不能做却“不得不做”，导致底线一再失守。安九熊交代称，明明知道领导干部是不能够去插手过问具体司法案件，同时也不能去为一些项目工程打招呼，但实际上自己就是有一种心理在作祟，还是想攀附。不仅自己大搞政治攀附，安九熊还介绍曾经的同事，时任铜仁市机关事务管理局党组书记、局长陈丽萍（已另案查处）攀附孙志刚。陈丽萍同样是抓住在铜仁市接待黄某某的机会，全方位做好服务，大献殷勤，还奉上贵重礼品，极尽讨好。
