A |     Awarapan 2 is turning into one of the most awaited films of 2026. The craze around the first film is still strong, and Emraan Hashmi’s recent cameo in The Ba***ds Of Bollywood has only added more excitement. Now the buzz has grown even further with Shabana Azmi has officially joined the cast.                A source revealed, “Shabana Azmi has come on board for Awarapan 2. The role is apt for her and she was more than happy to bag the coveted part. It is an interesting and powerful creative decision by producer Vishesh Bhatt that significantly intensifies the film’s emotional core and conflict. Interestingly, this marks Shabana Azmi’s first ever collaboration with Vishesh Films.” The source also highlighted her fresh pairing with Emraan Hashmi, saying, “Also, Awarapan 2 marks her first on screen pairing with Emraan Hashmi, creating a new and formidable dramatic tension audiences have never seen before. Moreover, the casting is in sync with the trademark Bhatt storytelling ethos anchored in strong performances, morally complex characters and emotionally charged drama.”     For now, the makers are keeping the specifics of Shabana Azmi’s role completely secret. The source added, “All the details remain tightly under wraps. The makers are expected to officially reveal it in a few weeks.” With her entry, the film now brings together an interesting mix of Emraan Hashmi, Shabana Azmi and Disha Patani, and more cast announcements may be on the way.                Directed by Nitin Kakkar, Awarapan 2 recently completed a long schedule in Bangkok and is expected to finish shooting by January 2026. 9月13日，深圳市福田区新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控指挥部发布通告称，根据当前福田区疫情防控工作需要，按照国务院应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情联防联控机制综合组《新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控方案（第九版）》相关规定，经专家组研判，自2022年9月13日起，将福田区的梅林街道相关区域和措施调整如下：一、将梅林街道上梅林新村第22栋—第25栋、第34栋—第37栋、第186栋、第187栋、第202栋—第205栋、第220栋—第222栋由低风险区调整为高风险区。实行“足不出户、上门服务”的封控措施。区域内连续7天无新增感染者，且第7天风险区域内所有人员完成一轮核酸筛查均为阴性，降为中风险区；连续3天无新增感染者降为低风险区。二、将梅林街道上梅林新村第18-2栋、第19栋—第21栋、第26栋—第33栋、第38栋—第50栋、第52栋—第61栋、第154栋—第159栋、第161栋—第185栋、第188栋—第201栋、第206栋—第219栋、第223栋、第224栋由低风险区调整为中风险区。具体管控措施由所在街道社区组织实施。区域内连续7天无新增感染者，且第7天风险区域内所有人员完成一轮核酸筛查均为阴性，降为低风险区。以上措施自2022年9月13日4时起执行，后续将根据疫情防控形势变化及时调整。（总台记者 王蕾）
